3. After U.S. arrival and clearance, we forward your fish to your nearest Southwest Cargo facility.
Some customers use UPS or FedEx, but we do not recommend those options for live fish.

1. Confirm costs before paying. Ask your seller to contact our Thai export partner, Noppakorn Ammara, to obtain export, freight, shipping and handling costs from Thailand to Chicago.
2. Pay your seller. Once the costs are confirmed, pay your seller directly.
